Comments/Complaints

Comments are always welcome and may be made to the Practice Manager or to the Doctor. All comments are considered and where appropriate, responded to on an individual basis.

Complaints should be made through the complaints Manager or Doctor. Complaints will be treated seriously and acknowledged, usually in writing, within five working days of receipt.

Recognise that problems can usually be rectified within the Practice. To try to understand that the Practice Staff are busy and may not always be able to respond as quickly as you would wish
